“Hey, this is Ben. I'm headed down South Congress right now, and I just passed by the old Cinema West theater, which was converted into some sort of office space, but I'm not quite sure what's there now, but they always seem to change up the sign in front, and, today, on the sign when your headed south, it says "the other side is the truth", and then on the other side, seen in the rear view mirror as I passed it, was "the other side is a lie".

You gotta love it when business put logical paradoxes out for everyone to see.

Ben out.”

That made me smile on the way to brunch, too.

I love seeing stuff like that.

This may sound weird. Okay, but I'll say it anyway.

When I see something like that, I realize that I have observed something that many people, in their rush through life, have not noticed or paused to consider...and I feel like it's my own little secret...or maybe one that I share with a very small percentage of the population.

And it gets a little giggle out of me. :D

I'm so happy to have a cameraphone from time to time. Lately, I've been taking lots of pictures of neat bumper stickers and license tags; I just need to get them all put up on Flickr and make a slideshow.

The best thing about noticing something neat is finding people to share it with. :)

Oh, tell me about it. I love the portability of the camera phone, too. Of course, now that I invested in my first digital camera, I have to carry it with me everywhere I go, because I encountered enough instances where I was D'OHing my way through life. Never can tell when or where I'll find inspiration anymore. Hee Hee

Hey...speaking of flickr...could you help give some recommendations on a good photo-sharing site to use? One that could also provide high-quality digital prints? I'd like to get my summer vacation photos uploaded and printed.

Off to work! *Zoom* :)

I've not used any online prints services... some friends were really happy with Apple's services with iPhoto. When I last looked, the printing service that's hooked up to Picasa (http://picasa.google.com/) was pretty good too. I also know that Costco does digital prints -- there's a positive note about it at http://bermangraphics.com/press/voiceoffear.htm.

For online photos, I really like Flickr. I can mail it photos from my phone, upload a bunch as a batch, and do some nice grouping there. I'd not used any other sites, though.
