The selection is mainly Vietnamese with some Chinese influence. The interior has an industrial/modern feel with a lot of open space, similar to Noodlism or Chipolte. The menu is nicely done, although it doesn't explicitly call out vegetarian items, something I'll mention to them when I stop by for a visit. They have a pretty standard selection of noodle soup bowls, vermicelli bowls, rice bowls, and a few specialty bowls, and the prices are moderate for Vietnamese food (think $10 a meal). When I go there to eat, I'm going to try the Lemon Pepper Tofu with onion, jalapeno, and bell pepper, served with steamed broccoli. I like that they serve all their main dishes in microwave-safe bowls, making it easy to bring left-overs home for reheating.
I've scanned their menu and put it online if anyone up here in North Austin wants to check it out: front image, back image.
